A Mentor at XSEED Preschool should have a high sense of self drive to achieve excellence in curriculum delivery & should be able to demonstrate this quality through significant contribution focused on each child’s overall development. She should have the talent to drill down to details, specific to the child’s developmental areas. Above all the mentor should have the ability to make each child comfortable & communicate effectively with ease to a group of children. She should also have the ability to connect effectively & collaborate with parents through proactive and ongoing feedback.

During our recruitment phase, we will get in touch with you to fix up an interview. If shortlisted, this will be followed by a face-to-face or telephonic interview with our Head of Curriculum Delivery and a trial of a week where you will be given a chance to observe the classrooms in action for a few days and then be asked to actually implement one lesson plan that is given to you.
