XSEED Preschool Mentors are trained facilitators in the classroom with a goal to stimulate the child's enthusiasm for learning and to guide it, without interfering with the child's natural desire to become independent.

Each mentor undergoes an intensive XSEED training module – ‘the Certificate of Innovative Teaching’ that equips a mentor with the necessary tools to make the learning environment rich and unique. All this leads to children realizing their full potential through learning that is meaningful, experiential and fun.

A Mentor at XSEED Preschool has a high sense of self drive to achieve excellence in curriculum delivery & demonstrates this quality through significant contribution focused on each child’s overall development. She Is open to learning new practices & innovates to adapt within constraints, has the talent to drill down to details, specific to the child’s developmental areas. She has the ability to make each child comfortable & communicates effectively with ease to a group of children, has the ability to connect effectively & collaborate with parents through proactive and ongoing feedback.
