
The theory of multiple intelligences holds that there are eight dissimilar intelligences that account for the possible to learn, essentially eight learning styles. Each of the intelligences can be useful & varies from one learner to the other.
Verbal & Linguistic Intelligence:
This intelligence is language-based and involves the ability to speak and write. A child inclined to this learning style learns new words each day, reading, listening, and participating actively in oral communication.
Logical & Mathematical Intelligence:
This intelligence involves numbers and reasoning. A Logical intelligent child learns through logical reasoning, numbers and solving puzzles.
Visual & Spatial Intelligence:
This intelligence involves thoughts in images and pictures. A visual/spatial intelligent child learns by analyzing the visual aids, creates mind maps, & enjoys structures and pictures.
Bodily & Kinesthetic Intelligence:
This intelligence involves body movements and handling objects. A child inclined to this intelligence learns through motor skills regularly through movements like free play, playing, and engaging in hands-on activities.
Interpersonal Intelligence:
This intelligence involves responding to the moods, motivations, and expression of others. It leads to good interpersonal relationships and allows a learner to enjoy the company of others. A child inclined to this intelligence can activate his/her interpersonal intelligence by participating in class activities and communicate with others., The child demonstrates active levels of social behaviour.
Intrapersonal Intelligence:
This intelligence involves self-esteem, self-worth, and self-awareness. A child inclined to this intelligence learns by being aware of her own sense & self.
Natural World & Explore:
This intelligence involves appreciation and understanding of nature. A naturalistic intelligent child learns by linking learning experiences to the natural world, explores nature to learn about things in their natural settings.
