1. Regular Parent & mentor feedback sessions

Each mentor schedules a Feedback session with parents through a feedback calendar. The marked difference is experienced with the rigorous preparation, which goes behind each session. Mentors at XSEED Preschools with some great eye for details carry out this discussion with the help of supporting aids like child’s work, statements, visuals & observations. Together, mentors and parents collaborate for the best outcome for each child.

2. Quarterly Survey taken by parents across all XSEED preschools

A quarterly survey is administered by XSEED Preschools reaching out to all parents to assess the parent satisfaction levels. This survey covers various aspects impacting each child’s overall development ranging from Infrastructure & facilities to Quality of curriculum delivery to visible improvements seen in their child in specific areas.

3. Action based on Parent feedback & survey results

Once parents take the survey, the data is analyzed in depth to arrive on actionable next steps. This process is kept transparent at all points with parents & is driven with their involvement. This is repeated thrice every year with an annual impact study.
